ইসলামপুরে দায়ের কোপে একজন খুন
ওসমান হারুনী,জামালপুর প্রতিনিধিঃ জামালপুরের ইসলামপুর উপজেলায় এক যুবকের দায়ের কোপে ইসমাইল হোসেন (৪৫) নামে এক ব্যাক্তির মর্মান্তিক মৃত্যু হয়েছে। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে সোমবার দুপুরে ডিগ্রীরচর ফারাজিপাড়া এলাকায়।
জানা গেছে, সোমবার দুপুরে ডিগ্রীরচর ফারাজিপাড়া মৃত জালাল সেখের ছেলের সাথে নিহত ইসমাইলের কথা-কাটাকাটি হয়। এক পর্যায়ে মোস্তফা সেখের হাতে থাকা পাট কাটার বগি (দ্যা) দিয়ে ইসমাইল হোসেনকে এলোপাথাড়ি ভাবে কুপিয়ে হত্যা করে।
নিহত ইসমাইল হোসেন (৪৫) ওই এলাকার চাঁন ফারাজীর ছেলে। পুলিশ খবর পেয়ে এ ঘটনায় মোস্তফা সেখকে আটক করেছে পুলিশ।
এব্যাপারে ডিগ্রীচর তদন্ত কেন্দ্রের ইনচার্জ রফিকুল ইসলাম জানান, মরদেহ উদ্ধার করে ময়নাতদন্তের জন্য মর্গে পাঠানো হয়েছে । অভিযুক্ত ইসমাইল হোসেনকে আটক করা হয়েছে। স্থানীয়রা বলছেন তারা দুজনই মানসিক ভারসাম্যহীন।
