ময়মনসিংহের ভালুকায় মাহমুদপুর এলাকা থেকে এক নারীর ঝুলন্ত লাশ উদ্ধার করেছে ভালুকা মডেল থানা পুলিশ।
জানাযায় ঐ এলাকার সেলিম মন্ডলের ছেলে সাব্বির মন্ডলের সাথে দুই বছর পুর্বে প্রেমের মাধ্যমে বিয়ে হয় গফরগাঁও উপজেলার ঘাগরা গ্রামের জান্নাতুল ফেরদৌস( ২২)
জান্নাত এর স্বামী সাব্বির বলেন বৃহস্পতিবার ৪ আগস্ট ভোরে আমি ঘর থেকে বের হয়ে মাছের খামারে যাই খাদ্য দিতে পরে আমি আবার ঘরে এসে দেখি আমার স্ত্রীর ঝুলন্ত লাশ। পরিবারের লোকজন কে পরে আমি জানাই।
ভালুকা মডেল থানার অসি তদন্ত জাহাঙ্গীর আলম জানান আমরা লাশ উদ্ধার করে ময়মনসিংহ মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল মর্গে প্রেরন করেছি, মেডিকেল রিপোর্ট আসলে বলা যাবে হত্যা না আত্মহত্যা। ঘটনা স্থল পরিদর্শন করেছেন অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার (গফরগাঁও সার্কেল) মাহফুজা খাতুন।
